The grinding machines of our partner Rollomatic are used in the manufacture of precision drilling and milling tools, as well as orthopaedic saw blades, for example. These machines are characterized by the precise production and therefore accuracy that has grown out of Swiss watchmaking.
mobERT® now takes over human tasks to give these production machines more autonomy by ensuring the loading and unloading of parts. In addition, the automation of handling between the various production processes such as measuring, marking or packaging can be realized. This mobile manipulator (MoMa) increases the autonomy of production machines and allows operators to focus on tasks that require more human experience with greater added value.
